Important Lacrosse Skills - Cradling

Just like most sports, possession of the ball is essential to lacrosse. We want to make sure we take care of the ball while moving it up the field to get into a scoring situation. But the defenders are doing all they can to stop us and get the ball back! That's why cradling is so important. It allows the player to run the field, maintaining control of the ball. Cradling is an essential skill for all players to learn.
